This report summarises the main findings of a research conducted in 2005 on Akzo Nobel’s
operations and subsidiaries in Mexico. The research focused on labour conditions, including the
free exercise of the rights to join a trade union and conduct trade union activities, and issues
related to Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR).
